Steam inhalation
Add one or two drops of clary sage essential oil to a steam diffuser, ultrasonic diffuser or oil burner—this will infuse your living space with a soothing sense of calm.
Topical application
For muscle pain relief—abdominal cramps in particular—add a couple of drops of clary sage essential oil to a carrier oil such as sweet almond or olive oil and massage into the skin.
