Shipping policy

We attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible using the best courier option for the receivers location. In most cases we ship within 1-2 business days from receiving your order, if not the same day. 

For retail customers in QLD, Australia (not wholesalers), we offer a flat rate of $11.95 for shipping on all orders. Express post for QLD RETAIL customers is $14.95.

For retail customers in NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, WA & NT; flat rate is $13.95. Express post $16.95. 

International postage is calculated by weight, dimension and location. 

Shipping is FREE if you spend over $150 (Australia only - excludes wholesale)

Wholesale shipping is costs is calculated by total cost of the order, weight, dimension and location. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes during freight items like bath bombs can be damaged. Please let us know if this is the case. You will be provided with a tracking number with for your order. 

If you selected to pick up your order the address is 15/25 Quanda Road, Coolum Beach 4573. You can collect Monday - Friday between 9am - 4pm (unless otherwise arranged)
